Mayfly Sculpt

A personal project I've been working on in my free time the last couple of weeks. This is the Mayfly (part of the Ephemeroptera order), a fly fisherman's favorite bug to mimic. Making this one took me down a rabbit hole of bug anatomy, that is such a bizarre world when you look at it close. Sculpted the model in ZBrush, textured using Substance, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Final render done with Arnold.
